All culinary preparation is done by the entire staff each morning. The staff is divided into Left/Right only for service hours. Similarly, each of our chefs serve only four persons per round.
This small-scale work allows our staff to retain focus on detail and quality - however, it does result in a very limited number of seats per chef. Thus, we are not always able to honor seating/chef requests,
though we will do our best to do so.
As city guidelines state, there will be a temperature check for every customer at the front door. Additionally, we require all customers to answer simple questionnaires regarding COVID-19. The link (QR code) can be found by the front door.
For everyone's safety, customers are required to wear masks in the establishments unless they are seated.

Due to Tanoshi's VERY limited seating capacity,
we have a Two Day Cancellation Policy.
A credit card is needed to secure a reservation. The full price of Omakase will be charged to the card on file for cancellations and/or reduction of number of guests made with less than 48 hours notice. The charge for a reservation "No Show" will be $95 per person.
In order to serve all guests equally, each seating cannot extend longer than the 90-minute round. Please be advised that your seats can be held no longer than 30 minutes after seating started. If, for any reason you are behind the schedule, please let us know otherwise we have to give up your seats for the walk-ins.
